Courtesy Offers
We also offer a 5% courtesy offer for cash or check payments made on the day of service, as well as an 8% courtesy offer for all of our senior patients.
At Fox View Dental, we believe that everyone should have access to affordable dentistry. We don't want finances to be the reason that our patients don't seek care.
Insurance acceptance is also a big question on every patient's mind. We wanted to be sure that we offered options to the underinsured and the uninsured so that it represents less of a barrier between our patients and the dental care they need to live happy healthy lives.
How We Can Help
This is why we offer the Smile Maker Savings Plan. This plan offers several tiers of yearly services bundled into packages, both for individuals and families.
These service packages reduce the cost to patients with bundling and discounts applied to any services or procedure the patient may need at our office throughout the year.

We agree with the American Dental Association’s recommendation that you should see your De Pere dentist twice each year for examinations and cleanings. In dentistry, prevention of problems is always preferred rather than treating them after the fact.
What to Expect With Your Checkup
When you visit your dentist every six months, he or she can check your mouth carefully for signs of decay, gum disease, and other issues. Regular x-rays will enable your dentist to see things that cannot be spotted with the naked eye so problems can be identified in their earliest stages.
It’s also important to have your teeth professionally cleaned twice each year. Even if you are diligent about flossing and brushing at home, plaque still develops on teeth. Once it hardens into tartar, it is impossible to remove with brushing and flossing alone. Your dental hygienist will use special dental tools to remove tartar, also called calculus, from your teeth and along your gum line.
Oral cancer screening is another reason it’s imperative you see your dentist twice each year. Oral cancer is highly treatable—as long as it is caught early.
Dental Cleaning and Exams in Green Bay
Don’t skimp on your oral health by skipping dental appointments. Go twice each year to stay on top of your oral health.
Each patient’s oral health is unique and your crown treatment also requires unique and customized care. Dental Crown treatment typically requires at least two visits to our practice to complete.
What To Expect
On your first visits please prepare to spend about 2 hours with our doctor and team. Dr. Chad and his assistants will prepare the tooth that is in need of a dental crown by removing any damage or decay to restore the tooth to a healthy state. Dental records and impressions will be taken of your tooth. Our team will then custom fabricate a temporary crown to be placed over your tooth until your next appointment.
There is about a 2-3 week time between your first visit and your final visit. During this time your dental records are sent to an off-site master ceramics dental laboratory where your all porcelain crown will be created. All porcelain crowns have the vitality to blend seamlessly with your natural teeth. When your custom dental crown is ready, you will return to our office for a one-hour appointment. During your final visits, your temporary crown will be removed and your permanent crown will be bonded to your tooth.
