Have you heard of “The Big Blue Bash” Color for a Cause? Well, it was Saturday evening March 12th and Dr Chad with Fox View Dental helped make it a huge success! This is an annual event sponsored by The Service League of Green Bay. It is an evening to benefit the children of Brown County. These are just some of the great things this event has made possible:

• 2,880 children had a backpack full of school supplies and 1,380 children wore a new outfit and shoes for the first day of school through the Back-to-School Store.
• 18 teens released from foster care were given apartment kits to start their adult lives.
• 120 needy children were given the opportunity to experience Christmas through the Encompass Giving Tree.
• The Basics for Babies program was able to provide 167 layette sets and additional layette sets were distributed through Family Services serving an estimated 50 babies.
• Over 1,500 individuals shopped their annual Rummage Sale, buying gently used necessities at a deeply discounted price.
• School children throughout Brown County continue to receive sweatpants, mitten/gloves, and other basic items through The Basic Necessities for School Age Children program.

Fox View Dental and Dr. Chad, a local Green Bay dentist, were a pivotal sponsor to this year’s event by donating a custom smile design.  This was a live auction and some exciting bidding went back and forth from one side of the room to the other. The big winner for this generous donation was Mrs. Anne Basten! Congratulations to you  Anne! Dr. Chad and his exceptional team can’t wait to make this dream come true!
