Phone Call
The first step is a friendly phone interview to listen to your concerns and discover what type of first visit will be best to meet your individual needs. Expect a call in the days prior to your visit from a member of our team to ensure you have the location of the office and to answer any additional questions you may have.
Meet The Team
As you walk in the door, you will be greeted by our patient coordinators and introduced to the rest of the team. You will also be welcomed to our practice with a tour of our facility. We love introducing our dental home and helping you become familiar with our facility. After the tour, our team will ensure the information reviewed during your initial phone call is in order and you are ready to begin.
X-Rays & Photo Shoot
Next, our treatment coordinator will take any necessary records for your specific dental visit. These can include digital x-rays, 3-D imaging technology, and photographs. Our joint vibration test allows our team to perform jaw joint analysis as well. These tools help Dr. Chad diagnosis and develop the best options for you specifically.
Exam and Diagnosis
Once the records have been taken you are ready to meet Dr. Chad. Dr. Chad’s dedication to providing the latest in dental technology and treatment is the center of patient care and why he is an educator of advanced dentistry to other dentists across the country.
Dr. Chad will then perform an extensive exam to screen for any diseases, jaw trouble, or any questionable conditions. Afterwards, he will discuss his observations with you and make recommendations, or present you with options for further treatment. He may also request additional imagery, tooth impressions, information, or records if an issue of concern arises from the exam.
